eyebrow microblading

Microblading, also known as Feathering or Embroidery is a cosmetic form of tattooing.

Using a very fine microblade and dye, tiny hairstrokes are created to give the brow fullness and a more flattering shape. It is semi permanent and can last 1-3 years.

Microblading at myspa consists of a thorough brow consultation, followed by the first microblading session in a clean, sanitized and safe environment. Proper aftercare instructions are given for the 4 week healing process and a second microblading session is pre-booked for 4 weeks after the first session. This is to correct any strokes that appear faint, darken the dye and perfect the shape to the clients satisfaction.

Brows have always been myspa's passion and we are excited to bring them to you semi-permanetely!

frequently asked questions

Question: Does it hurt?

Answer: We take every precaution necessary to ensure the micro-pigmentation application is as pain free as possible. A wide range of medical grade anaesthetics are used for your comfort. Some clients find the procedure a little uncomfortable, whereas other clients report no discomfort at all. A combination of 2 anaesthetics are used, first a topical numbing cream and then a local anaesthetic is introduced once the microblading procedure has started. This is topped up regularly during the treatment to keep you comfortable.

Question: What will it look like immediately after the procedure?

Answer:  Your brows may be a little swollen, red and sometimes a bit white. This is all very normal. They will be considerably darker for the first week, before they begin to fade out to a softer colour.
